Pamela Kaye Cooper Hinson, 67, wife of Danny Boyd Hinson, passed away Thursday, August 19, 2021.
Born in Greenville, she was a daughter of the late Palmer Dee and Anne Rosemond Long Cooper. Early in her career, Pam worked in childcare and later retired as a nutritional specialist at Ellen Woodside Elementary School. She was a lifelong member of Grove Station Baptist Church.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by daughter, Katherine “Kelly” Gillespie, and her husband, Andrew of Simpsonville; son, Daniel Dee Hinson of Piedmont; sisters, Kathy Bauer and Susie Willis; and grandchildren, Coty, Wesley, Timmy, and Mackenzie.
